Where is Stitch Supply Co located?
We are located at 913 S Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona WI 54720.
Will we have access to the retail store during our stay?
Yes, we will work with each group to arrange private shopping times at the store.
How many people can stay at Stitch Supply Co retreat?
The retreat area has four bedrooms, each with 4 twin beds. There is sleeping for 16 persons.
How do I make a reservation?
Please contact us via phone or email (theretreatcenter913@gmail.com) to discuss your reservation. We will put a hold on the requested dates for 7 days while we wait for your deposit to arrive. Take a look at the calendar for available dates.
When is final payment due for the retreat?
All balances are due 30 days prior to the reservation date. If the balance is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and the reservation deposit will be forfeited. For hosted weekends, payment is due in full at time of ticket purchase.
What is the cancellation policy?
Retreat rental reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the first date of the reservation. Hosted weekend tickets can be cancelled up to 60 days prior to the event. Within 60 days of the event, a refund will be giving only if a person is found to fill that space.
What do I need to bring with for my stay?
- Craft Supplies - we provide ironing boards, cut mats and a variety of rulers.
- Personal clothing and toiletries. One bath towel and one wash cloth is provided per guest. Hand towels are provided in the bathrooms. For bedding, we provide one fitted sheet and one flat sheet per bed. Please bring your own blankets and pillows. Kitchen linens are provided.
- Food and beverages. (Food will be provided on hosted weekends.)
Do you have suggestions on places to eat in the area?
The Eau Claire area has a variety of restaurants within a 5 minute drive of Stitch Supply Co. We will also have a variety of menu options available if you choose to have food delivered.
What kitchen supplies are available?
We have a well stocked kitchen with enough place settings for 16 people.
Security
Eau Claire and Altoona are both very safe communities. Each person staying at Stitch Supply Co will have their own lock drawer in which to place valuable items.
What are we responsible for cleaning upon checkout?
This is your weekend away so we you to relax. We do ask that you have the kitchen cleaned and trash removed before leaving.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home. If your pet is a service animal, please contact us.
Is smoking allowed?
Stitch Supply Co. is a smoke free property.
Can we book our retreat for more than a year out?
After each stay, that group has the opportunity to book the same weekend the following year, therefore we do not take reservations more than one year out.
What if our group is smaller than 16 people?
You are welcome to reserve the weekend with fewer than 16 guests, but the rental rate remains the same.
