We are open for shopping appointments. Please call 715-829-7824 between 9:30am -2:30pm or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment. Please read the following appointment information:
When you arrive at Stitch Supply, please be prompt and come to the front door at your scheduled time - wearing a face mask please -- we will be wearing masks, too! And I say please in using my best manners, BUT FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE!!! YES, WE WILL BE WEARING THEM TOO. And yes, your face mask must cover both your nose and your mouth!
Upon arrival we will ask that you sanitize your hands. Keeping your hands clean, keeps our product clean! No gloves allowed.
Please bring a friend! At each appointment, you can bring one friend with you, for a total of two guests per appointment. No children are allowed at this time.
Each appointment is for 30 minutes, so we encourage you to come with a shopping list so you are ready! Do you have a project in mind that you would like help in picking out fabrics/yarn before your appointment? Feel free to email us at email@example.com and we can have some items/ideas pulled and ready for you.
No bathrooms are available.
During our appointment, please do your very best to maintain a 6 foot distance and we will too.
All sales are final. We are not allowing returns at this time.
- If you need quilt backing, please measure your quilt before arriving.
- Staff will not be handling your completed or in progress projects. Sorry, this includes knitting projects.
- You are welcome to bring fabric or partly completed projects to the store for matching, but they need to stay in a bag.
If you are not feeling well or have any COVID-19 symptoms, please cancel your appointment. As a small shop, it is of the utmost importance that our staff stay healthy!
-Yes! We are still shipping orders. Orders will be shipped daily. Shipping will be offered at a $5.00 flat rate for all shipments within the US.
-YES! We can now offer curbside pick up! Upon checkout you'll be able to select curbside pick up. Orders are available for pick up each day from 10am to noon.
-Yes, we are still available for customer service between 9:30-2:30. You are welcome to email, firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone/text 715-829-7824.
-Yes, we are still having Instagram live shows every Tuesday night at 7pm CST.
